The Maker Behind the Machine is intended to bring a stylistically distinctive perspective to a contemporary, technology-focused design subject. Its visual system uses justified type and large, centered imagery to establish a rigid, orderly layout, while the inclusion of traditional elements—such as a serif typeface (Calvino) —adds a sense of refinement and elegance.
